This site is completely INDEPENDANT from Diamond Resorts (formerly Sunterra). We are not on the payroll or are in any way funded by or connected to Diamond Resorts or any of it's affiliated companies. The only link is that the founder of this site has been a member of Diamond Resorts/Sunterra/GVC for over 8 years. Most members who use this site are members of Diamond Resorts.
We have no axe to grind with Diamond Resorts many of the people who use this site have been using the system for years and I personally have had many great holidays using the Diamond Resorts points system.
That said you only have to do a 'google' or check out the members section of this site to discover that not everyone is as complimentary about Sunterra / Diamond Resorts or the services they offer.
This site was founded to give people a reality check, to make sure they enter the system with the right information so they know exactly what they are letting themselves in for. Diamond Resorts is not right for everyone and you either love the system and wax lyrical about it or hate it and think you have been taken for a ride. The key thing is before spending any large sums of money whether buying a car, a house or a timeshare make sure you do your research and find out everything you can before signing on the dotted line.
